Sauna, Somatic Breathwork & Wild Swimming, a way for your body to connect to the elements in nature.


This session is a collaboration with Rambling Hearth Sauna in Castle Carry (details given to attendees before the session). There will be provided electrolyte drinking water and fruit to keep you hydrated.
