Camping at Sacred Wild Festival
Arrival
Whether you’re pitching a tent or bringing your live-in vehicle, we want your stay at Sacred Wild Festival to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Gates open at 10am, but you can get parked up from 9.30am. Here’s everything you need to know about camping on site.
Camping & Live-In Vehicles
We offer camping pitches for tents and live-in vehicles. We do not offer glamping facilities, so please make sure you bring your own tent or live-in vehicle with you.
The festival site is compact, with the car park field and camping field in walking distance so you won’t have to carry your belongings over long distances.
Unloading & Packing Your Car
For safety reasons, campers cannot park next to their vehicles. You’ll have to park your car and unload your belongings, to take to the camping field, less then 5 mins walk away.
Food & Drink
You don’t need to bring all your meals with you! Food will be available to buy on site, with a selection of vegetarian and vegan options available.
There is no cash machine on site. Our traders will accept contactless payments, but we recommend bringing some cash with you as a backup.
Please note, this is a no alcohol festival.
Toilets & Facilities
There are toilets and showers around the festival site, conveniently located for campers and festival-goers.
No Camping Fires
For everyone’s safety, camping fires are not permitted anywhere on site. This includes open fires and fire pits.
Please do not bring or light a campfire in the camping areas.
No Dogs
We love dogs, but unfortunately no dogs are permitted at Sacred Wild Festival. Please leave your four-legged friends at home.
Quiet Hours
We want everyone to have a great time, while also making sure that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.
Please be considerate of fellow campers in the camping areas between 23:00 and 08:00.
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be mindful of those camping around you.
Accessibility
We do not have a separate accessible camping area for this event. This is because the festival facilities, activities and offerings are all located close to the live-in and camping field.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch with the festival team before your visit so we can help wherever possible.
